Privacy notice

Chadkirk Decorating (“we”) collects the details you send through our quote form, by phone or email: your name, contact details, address or postcode, job details and any photos.

We use them only to arrange a visit, quote for and carry out your job, and keep records for accounting and guarantee purposes. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legal obligations for tax records.

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent. Quote requests that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months; customer records are kept for 6 years.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@chadkirkdecorating.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
